Article Processing Charges (APCs)
To cover the costs of peer review, editorial processing, and publication, EJVS charges an article processing charge upon acceptance.

Waivers and Discounts
EJVS is committed to ensuring that financial constraints do not prevent the publication of quality research.
Automatic Waivers
Authors from low-income countries (as classified by the World Bank) receive a full APC waiver.
Partial Discounts
- Lower-middle-income countries: 50% discount
- Early career researchers: 25% discount (within 5 years of PhD completion)
Discretionary Waivers
Authors experiencing financial hardship may request a waiver during submission. Requests are evaluated independently of editorial decisions.
Funding Compliance
EJVS open access publication complies with the requirements of major research funders, including:

Self-Archiving
